Carter Construction is honored to have been invited back to HSU. Carter first partnered with the Cowboys when they converted Shelton Stadium, along with their practice field from grass to an artificial turf system. This turf cycle, Coach Jesse Burleson and the Cowboys selected:
- 13MM E-Layer
- 52 oz Football Turf System
- Encapsulated Rubber Infill System
Carter Construction worked closely with HSU to deliver a design that they loved while sticking to their budget.

Hardin Simmons University is a NCAA Div. III School located in Abilene, Texas. Their central location and state of the art facilities allows them to host multiple camps each summer for athletes to hone and develop their skills.
