So, what's an Elastomeric Layer?
In the early days of synthetic turf, it wasn't uncommon to install the thin nylon based carpet called artificial turf directly on top of aspalt. We have come a long way as an industry. With each generation of turf, more and more research is done to prioritize the players safety. The E-layer is no exception.
