Sportturf 419 was developed in cooperation between the oldest continually operated turf factory in the United States and Carter Construction Company. Carter built bases for all of the major turf brands in the country since 2003. Carter saw that some turfs were good, some not so good. The good ones were not necessarily the fields that were installed well. The inferior turf was not necessarily the turf that was installed inferiorly. The one constant in all of Carter's work is that we demand that every item be held to the same high quality standards as we hold ourselves to. Carter had no control over the turf from other turf companies. That is what led us to develop led us to develop SPORTTURF 419. We believe we have developed the best turf on the market. It has more fiber than our competitors turf and it looks more realistic. We sew our seams and we use the SMG Sandmatic to infill Sportturf 419. The bottom line is that Carter Construction insists on total control of every aspect on the construction of our fields so that we are always proud to have our name associated with your job.
